SHIRTS USED:
-Soft and High Quality Fabric
-Commercial Grade Screen Print Design
Note: These are unisex size shirts; Please review the size chart measurements in the fourth listing picture to get the best fit for you!
O R D E R - P R O C E S S:
-Choose the shirt size and color if prompted from the drop down menu above {shirt color chart is available in the third & forth picture on the listing, PLEASE ALLOW FOR 1-2 inch marginal error on the sizing charts due to manufacturer tolerances!} PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZE OF THE PRINT CAN DIFFER FROM THE SIZE IT IS ON YOUR SHIRT. The model is wearing a small/medium but on an XL it could be a different size. Typical size of the screen print is 11x8 or 8x11 depending on the design width and height.
Tip: Measure your favorite t-shirt and compare measurements to chart for the best fit for you!
-The Design color shown in the listing picture will be the design color you receive; again allow the a manufacturer issues this is known as the “mock”
C A R E - I N S T R U C T I O N S:
-Machine wash, inside out, with cold water and mild detergent.
-Hang to dry (recommended) or tumble dry inside out on low
-Do NOT bleach - Do NOT Use Fabric Softener – Do NOT iron directly on design

-Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

PICKUP/SHIPPING: All orders will be available for pickup in Houston , TX. LOCAL PICKUPS: Are available on Monday through Friday 10am- 5pm. Please contact me if you need to schedule a time outside of my Typical Pickup hours. SHIPPING: Shipping online is standard through USPS priority mail. Typically, Shipping is 5-7 business days but will vary with location. Upon shipping, tracking information with be provided. For larger items or rush shipping, FedEx or UPS will be used! In the event of product damage, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! You will void any contract if you try to resolve alone! We walk you through the damage process.
PROCESSING TIME: Order processing time is normally 7-14 Days (BUSINESS DAYS, not including holidays and weekends) from the Payment date of your order. Please Note, Production will not begin until requested deposit or full payment is made. Proofs are provided for custom designs upon total payment or deposit. ONLY 2 proofs will be provided. Any changes to proof after two changes will require additional design fee. Revisions to design and other changes will alter the processing time. If you need your item by a certain date, please keep this time-frame in mind. I do offer RUSH processing for an additional cost of $10 per item. “I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages due to Shipping. I am also not responsible for returned packages from bad addresses in PAYPAL. Please check your address, and update it with me if needed”
PAYMENT: Payment is due upon ordering. These items are custom and made to your specifications and cannot be resold. PayPal or Cash-app are my standard payment methods outside of Shopify , once an email is provided I will send you an invoice which you can pay directly through. PayPal is usually reserved for shipped items but can be used a customer preference. If payment is made in cash, this contract is still binding, I will send a receipt with this contract attached or it will be signed in person. If the balance is not paid on agreed upon date, I reserve the right to cancel order less design and materials fee.
PRICING: Pricing as posted. Note that specialty materials will incur an additional fee. I.e. Glitter, Holographic Vinyl, foils
RIGHT TO USE PHOTOS: I take photos of all items I make prior to leaving my studio. By purchasing from my shop, you consent to your item being shared on my Touched by Tess, LLC. Facebook Business Page and social media outlets. If you do not want me to share a photo of your items or would like me to wait to post at a later time (the item is a gift and you don't want your recipient to see it) please let me know. Please feel free to tag my business page when wearing my designs!!
