Shipping policy

All orders are available for pickup in Central Texas until 12/1/21 then availability will be limited to Houston, TX only. Local pickups are available on Monday through Friday 10am- 5pm. Please contact me if you need to schedule a time outside of my Typical Pickup hours. SHIPPING: Shipping online is standard through USPS priority mail. Typically, Shipping is usually  5-7 business days but will vary with location.  Please note that there are also shipping delays due to Covid -19. Upon shipping, tracking information with be provided. For larger items or rush shipping, FedEx or UPS will be used! In the event of product damage, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! You will void any contract if you try to resolve alone! We walk you through the damage process.
